We’re opening the upper level of The Substation Collective to a thoughtfully curated mix of independent businesses, creative entrepreneurs, emerging brands, and local talent.

Just off Inglewood’s main drag, our elevated, open-concept space offers a welcoming home for your business, without the overhead of a traditional storefront.

A place to make your own, establish your presence, share what you do, welcome clients and customers, and connect with a growing community of independent businesses and creatives.

THE SPACE:
An Open-concept Space

Located on the main floor of The Substation Collective in Inglewood, this bright, open-concept commercial space offers a dedicated footprint within a collaborative setting.

Blending industrial character with modern minimalism, the space features polished concrete floors, high ceilings, oversized windows, warm wood-slat detailing, custom timber screening, and gallery-style white walls. Adjustable lighting and a flexible layout make it an ideal setting for independent retailers, makers, and creative businesses.

The Spaces: $800 - 1,200 / month

Five spaces available within a shared, open-concept retail environment.

Designed for businesses looking to grow beyond online sales and markets while maintaining the flexibility and independence of their existing operations, but without the overhead of a traditional storefront.

* Depending on the applicants, we are open to splitting up the spaces.

AS part of The Substation Collective, tenants will also have opportunities to participate in our growing calendar of exhibitions, pop-ups, markets & workshops in our event venue, Sub Space!

MARKET PARTICIPATION INCLUDED

Participation in our seasonal markets, including Sub Space: Holiday Edition, with the standard $80 - $120 vendor fee waived for permanent tenants.

EVENT VENUE RENTAL: 30% OFF

Hosting a launch, pop-up, private shopping evening, or community event? Permanent tenants enjoy preferred rates at Sub Space.

Half-day: $350 (regularly $500)

Full-day: $700 (regularly $1,000)
